By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the kh9999 platform at kh9999.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and kh9999 (the "Platform" or "Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kh9999 platform and close your account if one has already been registered. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms should be read alongside the kh9999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kh9999. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version for all legal purposes. kh9999 operates this platform for players based in Bangladesh and all monetary references use Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated.

Access to the kh9999 platform and all associated services is strictly limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when accessing the platform:

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active account on kh9999. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms. kh9999 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances — including bonus funds — will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kh9999 strongly recommends that you:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

kh9999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where that access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. kh9999 does not accept responsibility for losses incurred due to third-party access facilitated by the account holder.

KYC Verification. As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, kh9999 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is a one-time process per account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

Deposits made via local mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your kh9999 balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. kh9999 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): within 24 hours for standard accounts; within 4 hours for verified VIP accounts.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on issuing bank.

Player Funds. kh9999 holds player funds in segregated accounts entirely separate from operational capital. This means your deposited balance is protected and cannot be used to meet the company's operational expenses. kh9999 does not pay interest on player balances.

Currency. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kh9999 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees arising from your payment method's processing are the responsibility of the player.

Deposits made on kh9999 are for the purpose of gaming on the platform only. kh9999 is not a payment processor, remittance service, or financial institution. Any attempt to use kh9999 as a payment processing vehicle — for example by depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without engaging in any gameplay — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

kh9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

Welcome Bonus. New players registering on kh9999 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to meeting the minimum qualifying deposit and the applicable wagering requirements. Full terms for the welcome bonus are available on the promotions page.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game contribution rates are published in the individual offer terms.

Bonus Abuse. kh9999 operates strict anti-abuse systems. The following behaviours are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Placing low-risk, opposing bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements ("bonus washing").
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.
• Using automated software or bots to place qualifying wagers.

Expiry. All bonus funds and free spins expire after the period stated in the offer terms, typically 7–30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without notice and cannot be reinstated.

kh9999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a player has already claimed a bonus at the time of amendment, the original offer terms at the time of claiming will apply unless the amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

kh9999 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kh9999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and may lead to referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including false identity documents or fraudulent payment details.
• Unauthorised Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to circumvent platform security measures.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, whether in live dealer rooms, sports betting markets, or multiplayer game formats.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to kh9999. Chargebacks are treated as a fraudulent act and will result in immediate account closure. kh9999 will pursue recovery of funds through all available legal channels.
• Hacking and Security Breaches: Any attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the kh9999 platform infrastructure, databases, or communication systems.
• Money Laundering: Using kh9999 to process funds derived from illegal activities or to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds. kh9999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any suspected money laundering activity.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing any third party to access or use your account, or accessing or using another player's account for any purpose.

Closure by the Player. You may request closure of your kh9999 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC obligations have been met and no outstanding withdrawal holds are in place.

Responsible Gaming Closures. If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons, kh9999 will process the closure immediately and apply a self-exclusion flag to your account. Closure by kh9999. kh9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• kh9999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed by kh9999 for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. kh9999 will provide written notification of closure and the grounds for it where legally permissible to do so.

Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kh9999 will notify the account holder by email prior to applying an inactivity classification. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month after the initial 12-month dormancy period. Once an account balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive account should contact support.

kh9999 provides the platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kh9999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted platform availability and accurate game outcomes, the following limitations apply:

• kh9999 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or a bet, kh9999 reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and return the staked amount to the player. kh9999 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical malfunctions.
• kh9999 is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
• kh9999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident in question.

Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kh9999 operates this platform for the Bangladesh market and will endeavour to resolve any player dispute fairly and efficiently through its internal complaints process before any external escalation.
